Dia 6: REGALOS SORPRENDENTES EN LUGARES EXTRANOS!
You should really, really read Isaiah chapter 40:25-31, it is an awesome testimony of God’s ever present energy for those that are weary, lacking strength and running behind!
We become so busy and so focus on decisions, multiple things to do, weary about life changes, bills, health, the weather, taking the kids to school, working, future, running, running, running… and then face the reality of feeling like we do not have strength to continue and you become so weak… burning in and out! Do you remember the story of Paul asking for healing? “My grace is sufficient to you; for power is perfected in weakness” (2 Co 12:9) that was the answer! God said NO; just receive my grace, my favor, and my strength! Or, have you read Habakkuk 3:17-19, “Though the cherry trees don’t blossom and the strawberries don’t ripen, Though the apples are worm-eaten and the wheat fields stunted, Though the sheep pens are sheep less and the cattle barns empty, I’m singing joyful praise to God. I’m turning cartwheels of joy to my Savior God. Counting on God’s Rule to prevail, I take heart and gain strength. I run like a deer. I feel like I’m king [queen] of the mountain!”
So, no matter how we feel about the burdens of the day, join friends and/or family for prayer or for group discussions and remember that at the end of the running if we leap and dance joyfully praising the one that gives strength of mind, body, soul and spirit; we will get through everything, even when he says NO! Because he is our Eveready battery!
(MSG) “So—who is like me? Who holds a candle to me?” says The Holy. Look at the night skies: Who do you think made all this? Who marches this army of stars out each night, counts them off, calls each by name —so magnificent! So powerful! — And never overlooks a single one? Why would you ever complain, O Jacob, or, whine, Israel, saying, “God has lost track of me. He doesn’t care what happens to me”? Don’t you know anything? Haven’t you been listening? God doesn’t come and go. God lasts. He’s Creator of all you can see or imagine. He doesn’t get tired out, doesn’t pause to catch his breath. And he knows everything, inside and out. He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts. For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall. But those who wait upon God get fresh strength. They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind.
